Whole shoulder of lamb from our homegrown pasture raised lambs. As all of our lamb is butchered to order we are able to cut the shoulder into two half joints if you require.

All of our lamb is butchered to order, therefore there is a wait for delivery, all orders will be delivered within 4 weeks of ordering, depending on order numbers this could be as soon as 1-2 weeks. We will email with a delivery day once it is confirmed, please make sure we have a correct email address and phone number to contact you on.
Due to all of our products being butchered to order we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, we are unable to accept cancellations after 24 hours.
